Had a blast with my friends! The hotel was in a great spot. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options. Just keep in mind that the parking situation is a bit tight, so arrive early if you can!
One downside was that housekeeping didn't clean our room until later in the day, a bit inconvenient when we were relaxing before heading out.

Great location for visiting pubs and a movie theater next door to the hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized and have absolutely fabulous views of the town.

Had a really nice stay during my visit. The location was brilliant and handy, for example, a National Justice museum was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was located in a very quiet area.

Great location near the Christmas market with easy access to public transport.
The beds were uncomfortable, reminded me of sleeping on springs rather than a mattress.

The location in the centre of the city is top, ideal for our concert visit to the Royal Concert Hall. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Steps to the entrance, handicapped accessible entrance via the courtyard, unfortunately seen too late.
The signage to find the hotel was not really good. We roughly knew where we had to go, but we could have parked much cheaper if we had found the hotel much better by car.

Breakfast was very British, but all right. If you like that... A lot of fruit we found good and super coffee variations. Friendly staff throughout.
While cleaning the rooms we noticed that the bed sheet, which had bloodstains from a small wound on it, was simply turned around, now its bloodstains were at the end of my foot. That wasn't exactly pleasant.

The hotel's central location allows for easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Rooms feature Nespresso coffee machines.
Noise from the street can be quite bothersome, especially during late hours. The sounds of traffic and revelry are hard to escape. Despite the room being generally well-equipped, I found the mattress old and worn, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The poorly fitted sheets often exposed the mattress, which didn't add to the overall comfort. I struggled to find convenient plug sockets near the bed, as they were primarily located across the room at the desk.

The friendlyness and proffessionalism of the staff was brilliant - was our first trip to Nottingham and reception were most helpfull pointing out the places we wanted to go on a map for us to take with us.. Also the parking was very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. Great location. Definately plan to use this hotel again when we return.
I was disappointed that the wifi was only available on the 1st floor as I had believed it was available in all rooms - Broadband was avail in all rooms but we hadn't brought our cable as we thought wifi would be avail - not a major issue though as we could have gone to the 1st floor if we desperately needed to use it.
